IRFU Safe Rugby First Aid Course:

Last Saturday, 10 of our coaches took part in the IRFU Safe Rugby Level 1 Course in Killarney. Organised by Tom O'Leary of Killarney RFC and Shane Mooney of the IRFU, the course covered CPR, concussion, various types of injuries and how to deal with them. The full day course was a very interesting and informative course and very relevant and practical for those who took part.. Well done to everyone who completed the course and for taking part, ensuring our children, players and anyone using our pitches are safe at all times.
