Killarney Red vs Killarney Black

We wrapped up our year with a formal training game on Sat 21st December followed by a pizza party. The recent wave of illness plus Christmas travel and the odd Christmas surprise robbed us of a good number - but we were able to play 10 vs 10 for an hour.

Playing on the juvenile pitch, the reduced numbers meant a bit of extra space but not oceans of room. A competitive match ended up 48-31 in the favour of Killarney Red. Any hard feelings were soon forgotten as the lads horsed into the pizzas (I'm sure a language expert with tell me that ought to be "pizze").

Thanks to all the parents for their support - we've a great group and their enthusiasm and effort in the wind, rain, and - on one occasion - hail is commendable.

We're back again on 4th January with a trip to Corca Dhuibhne for the league semi-final with a potential final the next week.
