Tuesday next (12th) marks the official launch of our "Sponsor-a-Sod" fundraiser to generate funds for the development our main and minis pitches.  

We'll be asking members, families and friends and the entire area to support this work by sponsoring 1 sq. metre blocks for €25 (or 5 sods for €100).  

In return you will get a souvenir certificate as proof of your support and your name will be listed on our website at Sponsor-a-Sod.   We'll also be creating a version to go up at the clubhouse so visitors can see the contrbiutions made to our future.

On Tuesday, we'll be getting together at 7pm at Aghadoe.  Ciara Griffin - captain of Ireland's women's rugby team - will be coming along to show her support and we'll have the local press (Kerryman, Kerry's Eye and Advertiser) there to raise the profile of this incredibly important event for the club's future.  Please come along in your club colours  - bring the minis in their gear - to show your support.
